We design and build real estate and urban spaces. Our focus is comprehensive automation of household processes embedded in the architecture at the design stage. Our projects combine refined architecture, engineering discipline, and comfort for different life scenarios. We make automation part of the building’s engineering core.
Why it matters
The housing market is saturated with square meters but lacks quality environments. People still spend significant time managing daily life: climate, security, lighting, energy, maintenance. These processes can and should be automated. We treat the smart home not as a premium option but as a baseline engineering standard — as familiar as water or electricity.

Our work spans three levels of spatial organization:
Smart home
An integrated system combining utilities, security, climate control, and multimedia. It adapts to residents’ scenarios and habits and runs in the background, freeing time for what matters.
Smart community
Master-planned developments where automation extends beyond the private home: street lighting, access, network monitoring, and waste handling coordinated on one platform.
Smart city
Architectural and digital solutions for municipal challenges: intelligent transport, energy-efficient districts, adaptive urban environments — infrastructure that responds to how people live.
