Our technology division is the company’s engineering center. We do not build for its own sake. Every product solves a concrete problem: lowering the barrier to entrepreneurship, automating daily life, or improving construction and agro efficiency.
Focus areas
IT platform for startups
Basic digital infrastructure should not be a cost burden for new teams. We provide startups with free access to a minimal set of IT services needed at launch.
Smart home system
We develop our own residential automation platform — a unified architecture for utilities, climate, lighting, and security, tuned to residents’ life scenarios. We continuously improve algorithms, expand device compatibility, and reduce deployment cost.
Smart furniture (in development)
Embedding technology into interior objects so surfaces do useful work, not just occupy space. The project is in prototyping.
Technology for agro industry
Together with agro, we build software and control systems for vertical farms, including Star-Agro-Box modules. We address:
- Automated microclimate and nutrient control
- Computer vision for plant monitoring at all growth stages
- Predictive yield analytics from accumulated data
- Remote management of agro modules in one interface
These technologies reduce human dependency, improve yield predictability, and lower production cost.
